vogue magazine (FAY)

Founded in 1892 as Vogue was a weekly for the first 17 years of its existence. One of the first changes Condé Nast made after acquiring the magazine in 1909 was to make it a biweekly publication in 7th March 2017
 
Vogue first ever magazine was made in 1892 in America.
In 1909 the magazine was acquired by conde naste publishers
in 1916 the first world war prevented vogue magazine to even create magazine to publish to
 
America. 
They then started to print their magazines in England
The decision to start printing in England became very successful and in 1920 the first ever issue of the French vogue was then released. 
 
1n 1932 the American vogue for the first time ever had placed a colour picture on the front of their magazine due to the previous magazines the images have been in black and white.  
Vogue magazine became a symbol of a new era in the 1960s
The first issue of Russian vogue was released In September 1998
the British vogue was first published in 1916 and it is owned by Conde Nast
 
in 1922 British vogue had then moved from fashion to then literature
 British vogue is not believed to have really taken off until after its third editor, Alison Settle, was appointed in 1926
 
form 1940,1960 British vogue took part reporting the second world war.

Alexandra Shulman was Editor-in-Chief of the magazine from 1992 to 2017. When Shulman was editor, the magazine drew more than a million readers. Shulman was known for developing collector’s issues of British vogue , such as the ‘Gold Millennium Issue’ where celebrities and supermodels such as Kate Moss featured on the cover
